Monday Friday; 8 AM 5 PM Pay: $16 18/hr Description: Technicians provide customer facing technical support to team members along with providing project-focused support on Office 365. Frequently develops new or improves existing processes for supporting systems, escalations, engagement and project management.

Requirements:
Knowledge in Dell hardware (at least minimally), Microsoft Suite, Skype, Office 265, Experience installing and configuring both hardware and basic desktop software Experience performing analytical and technical tasks on PC systems Good understanding of the fundamentals of network and desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment Strong troubleshooting skills Strong customer service skills required due to heavy interaction with internal and external clients Ability to lift 30 lbs. frequently to maintain lab inventory and excess system returns on a daily basis 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience High school diploma or equivalent required *Please note that as a contract employee of Apex Systems, youd be eligible for direct deposit, weekly pay, and our referral program
