Operating systems: Win 10 experienced.
Hardware: Dell, HP, Lenovo
Exposure to imaging
Knowledge of SCCM
Ability to use AD tools
Knowledgeable of Office Products (office 365 Office 2016)
Knowledgeable about printers and simple troubleshooting
Experience in installation of diverse set of software
Working knowledge of smartphones (interfacing to corporate e-mail) would be a plus
Experienced in creating documentation for fellow technicians to use
Desire to help others
Ability to lift 15-25 lbs
Ability to climb stairs
Ability to walk distances while carrying equipment
