Robert Half is looking for an IT Support Specialist in the San Francisco Area Duration: 3-6 Months, but could be longer Hours: Monday-Friday;9am-5:30pm;

Job Description:
Responsibilities
  • Maintain Inventory of all hardware and software resources

  • Have good documentation skills

  • Maintain Google Apps and other cloud application user directories as needed.

  • Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting Apple MacOS and PC Windows laptops

  • Be able to maintain and troubleshoot smartphones (iOS and Android) -Troubleshoot meeting room and AV equipment

  • Setup laptops for new starters and upgrades to current employees.

  • Document issue resolution using the helpdesk ticketing system

  • Support and deliver the IT security compliance and also share knowledge with members of the IT team

  • Have excellent communication skills with all end user and with the IT team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of desktop support or other related experience

  • Proficient in Apple Mac Hardware and Software

  • Proficient in Windows operating system

  • Experience in supporting google apps and MDM applications

  • Experience with SAML/SSO a big plus -be able to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures -be able to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-tech people -be able to work in a very fast-paced environment -be able to work in a team environment but also be able to work with minimal supervision

  • Experience with supporting remote users.

  • Big plus if you have experience with

  • Salesforce and Zendesk
