Maintain Inventory of all hardware and software resources
Have good documentation skills
Maintain Google Apps and other cloud application user directories as needed.
Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting Apple MacOS and PC Windows laptops
Be able to maintain and troubleshoot smartphones (iOS and Android) -Troubleshoot meeting room and AV equipment
Setup laptops for new starters and upgrades to current employees.
Document issue resolution using the helpdesk ticketing system
Support and deliver the IT security compliance and also share knowledge with members of the IT team
Have excellent communication skills with all end user and with the IT team

3+ years of desktop support or other related experience
Proficient in Apple Mac Hardware and Software
Proficient in Windows operating system
Experience in supporting google apps and MDM applications
Experience with SAML/SSO a big plus -be able to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures -be able to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-tech people -be able to work in a very fast-paced environment -be able to work in a team environment but also be able to work with minimal supervision
Experience with supporting remote users.
