One of the largest advertising companies in the world is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst for their San Francisco office. This Desktop Support Analyst will start off as a contractor but will have the ability to get converted to a permanent employee after 6 months. This Desktop Support Analyst will help support 450-500 local employees. This Desktop Support Analyst should have experience supporting both Windows and Mac. The local desktops are about a 60-70 Windows vs 30-40 Mac split. This Desktop Support Analyst should have excellent customer service experience and a strong ability to trouble-shoot IT issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimally 3-4+ years of professional experience as a Desktop Support, Help Desk or End-User Engineer/Technician.
Strong experience supporting Windows OS (Windows 10 ideal).
Professional experience supporting Mac OS (30-40% of staff uses Macs).
Experience trouble-shooting and supporting Active Directory (AD).
Experience supporting and troubleshooting AV Systems (Microsoft, Skype for Business, Zoom, etc.).
Strong customer service experience.
Strong OS trouble-shooting skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
SOX or other compliance experience as it relates to Desktop Support.
Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
Previous experience or interest in the Advertising/Marketing space.
What You Will Be Doing
100% Hands On
Competitive Pay Rate: Up to $35-$45/hour, DOE
Contract Duration: 6 Months then conversion
