Robert half technology is looking for a Help desk 2 candidate needed in the Woodland hills area for a large expanding enterprising Firm. ? Excellent customer service and communication skills ? Experience and technical background in Windows and Apple systems o At least 3 years of onsite customer level 2 support o Deployments, break/fix, troubleshooting o SSCM and Remote login experience a plus o Experience with Remedy, ServiceNow (huge plus) or other ticketing system o Need to have face to face end user support exp. o Environment: 80% dell, Windows 7 OS ? Take ownership and drive assignments to completion ? Customer-facing experience, acting as the customer advocate within the company. ? The Software Configuration Managment (SCM) team at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Engineer based out of Woodland Hills, CA. What You'll get to Do: * Process software releases for both Woodland Hills and Salt Lake City sites. * Create SCM controlled software builds. * Support and schedule Software Configuration Control Board (SCCB) meetings and Software Action Request (SAR) processing. * Support SCM process activities such as command media and homeroom directives.
