Desktop Engineer

Responsibilities include:

This role is focused on boosting firm-wide productivity and minimizing disruptions. You will handle the analysis, recommendation, and deployment of desktop/laptop environments and manage software and driver lifecycles. Your work will enhance our client service culture and drive continuous improvement in IT operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with SCCM/MECM and Configuration Manager
• 3+ years of Office365/Active Directory; software packaging and deployment
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and endpoint systems
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows OS 10/11, Citrix, PowerShell, etc
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
