CDI is seeking Desktop Support Technicians to support the endeavors of our Fortune 100 client. We have multiple opportunities for you at top-notch corporations!

Title: Deskside Support Representative

To get this role, you should be able to:

  • Over 5 years of performing hands on experienced in Deskside support, Remote / CTS Support, SCCM, Windows, Incident, IMAC, VDI, SW/Break/fix, IMAC, ability to solve tickets remotely, work with SCCD.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills are a must

  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations

  • Ideal candidate has a passion for developing technically as well as delivering exceptional customer service

  • Steady employment history, experience with larger size environments (not just freelance/independent experience)

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Desk-side support of end user issues, such as: New user and equipment deployment, Internal application troubleshooting, Ticket management and Proactive documentation of technical procedures

  • Installs, configures, and troubleshoots customer environments, to ensure seamless migration for Windows platforms

  • Manages support cases with Microsoft for incident and problem resolution related to Microsoft services configuration and troubleshooting of customer deployment issues

  • Works with other IT groups and business units, troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical problem

  • Manages SCCM application to provide OS Updates, software packages and deployments/uninstalls
