Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Designer. We are seeking a talented and creative Bespoke Floral Designer to join our team. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for designing custom pieces of art that capture the sentiment and quality of our brand. 

Responsibilities

• Design bespoke pieces of art using pressed blooms, effectively incorporating client preferences and specifications.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide design recommendations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine arts, design or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conceptualize branded designs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Teachability and willingness to learn new techniques and approaches
