Love is looking for a great Designer - Creative Director or Associate Creative Director Love is looking for a hands-on and visionary Creative Director, Design, to lead our design team and elevate our clients’ brands through bold, innovative, and strategic design. A successful candidate will have 10 years of experience at an agency or in a creative leadership role.

As a Creative Director with a background in design, you are capable of leading a creative vision that aligns with client goals. You are able to bring your own ideas to the table in crafting experiences and understand digital marketing across multiple mediums. Your role includes hands-on design, concepting, and collaboration with our creative team, as well as client-facing leadership.

Please visit https://lovecomm.net/ for more information on the agency. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the development of visual concepts for client campaigns, ensuring design aligns with strategic objectives and brand positioning.

Lead and contribute to the creation of conceptual, digital, print, and social designs that resonate with target audiences. Develop and maintain high design standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across every project and the team. Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, account managers, and production teams to develop integrated creative solutions. Facilitate strategic brainstorming and contribute to the conceptualization of new creative strategies with senior teams and clients. Develop trusted strategic partnerships with clients – work directly with clients to understand their needs, present creative ideas, and build strong partnerships.

Collaborate with creative, media, data and account teams to expand a creative concept across relevant touch points and for different audiences. Oversee the production and execution process, ensuring final output is aligned with the vision. Attitude & Interpersonal Skills:

Exhibits good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with agency team members, clients, and partners. Stays ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into the team’s work. Is self-motivated, shows confidence and initiative in going beyond what is required. Conducts business with the utmost integrity and honesty, regardless of the ramifications. Requirements: At least 10 years of experience at an agency (or similar environment) in a creative design role.

Your expertise is in design, creative direction, and team leadership with a strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design. A hands on leader, capable of both doing the work and leading others to elevate their abilities. A demonstrable track record of developing campaign concepts, leading creative direction, execution development and oversight to bring a concept to fruition.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders. A good understanding of production, development, digital marketing, media and motion graphics. Experience working with highly recognizable national clients.
