The Creative team within GreenLight Media & Marketing is seeking a Designer who is passionately immersed in culture, with the drive and talent to tell stories. We work with clients such as Waymo, Hilton, Under Armour, Ultimate Ears and Hyundai to create a wide variety of creative content across all of their channels.
This person will conceptualize ideas for existing & new clients that illustrate how the idea will be executed and ensure all channels are integrated in the smartest way. He/she should be a strategic thinker with strong visual skills that prides themselves on being creative and conceptual. He/she should have an instinctual curiosity about trends, the market and competitive landscape around various blue chip brands, while also eager to concept and execute creative ideas.
Conceptualize, develop, and produce a range of digital and print-ready designs including product branding, event collateral and digital + social assets
Partner with the Art Directors and Copywriters to contribute to the creation of concepts through active participation in brainstorms and other idea-generating sessions
Create conceptual mocks to help sell 360 marketing ideas, often exploring several approaches for a project
Maintain consistent Live Nation branding throughout all media channels, including presentation design and copy-writing
Collaborate with members of cross functional teams including production and brand management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal teams and clients
Maintain cultural fluency (music, pop culture, current events)
We play in a sandbox with endless fun toys (such as music festivals and global artists' tours) and it will be your job to play in that sandbox and find ways for brands to play with us. You have creative, experiential or marketing agency experience developing award winning campaigns for high profile brands. We are looking for non-traditional minds who want to push the boundaries of what's possible in the live music space and beyond.
Bachelor's degree Required
3-6 years of experience working in an agency, or mix of in-house/agency/content development
Exceptional design aesthetics with type, color and page layout design
A portfolio that illustrates your approach
Proficiency in the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Keynote/PowerPoint skills
Experience with Digital Design, web, mobile, emails, etc.
Ability to digitally correct images for color and resolution
3D design, animation, motion graphic skills are a plus
Excellent communication skills
Positive outlook with a "Yes, and" mentality
Proven ability to think strategically
Passion for the music space a plus
