Who are we looking for?

You're fluent in the Nike design language and are well-versed in the software and tools of the job. You excel at the craft of design and are developing your strategic side by collaborating with Senior Designers and Creative Directors.

You're comfortable working on multiple projects with varying timelines. You have informed opinions about design and enjoy working with teams with varied strengths and cross-functional partners.

You partner with Producers and help influence the studio's workflow and process. You like presenting the team's work and are able to address feedback so everyone's happy with the final product. In addition to growing your own individual design strengths, you're proactive in helping build our team culture.

Who will you work with?

The Nike Digital Design Flagship Team is redefining Nike's digital marketplace to deliver innovative consumer experiences. Our team is responsible for deliveringfrom vision to executiona unified, premium experience across Nike.com and the Nike App that removes friction and creates brand distinction. We partner with a variety of product and engineering teams as we design the core consumer journeys and user experiences for membership, discovery, shopping and omni-channelseamlessly across platforms.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Design incredibly polished work that represents the Nike brand through visual comps, wireframes and prototypes

  • Rapidly iterate on design conceptsfrom initial briefing through final delivery

  • Work closely with and across a team of producers, product managers and fellow designers

  • Inspire new ways of thinking and explore the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems

  • Collaborate with brand, digital production and geography teams to meet objectives and timelines

Strategy: * Help implement Nike, Inc.'s global legal privacy strategy, with executive direction as necessary. * Help set and drive consistent privacy policy and practices across Nike, Inc. * Formulate and disseminate enterprise-wide policies for US and Global operations, in partnership and consultation with country/GEO counsel responsible for data protection. * Help ensure the company has fully documented policies and practices in place, consistent with local laws. * Identify issues of highest risk facing the company; propose and drive solutions to address those risks. Cross-functional leadership and engagement: * Provide leadership and engagement with cross-functional teammates including, but not limited to, HR, global sales, information technology, information security, government affairs, communications, and audit. Embed our Approach: * Effectively champion a principles-based privacy approach throughout the company. * Drive programs and processes and decisions in support of strategy and principles. * Surface and resolve issues that have the potential for brand impact for business and legal consideration. * Conduct privacy impact assessments for large IT and enterprise services, programs and systems. * Continually test and improve privacy processes and governance. Expertise: * Maintain knowledge of external business and legal landscape in privacy and proactively propose advisable business processes or practices. * Maintain knowledge of the relevant information technology systems and applications to drive systematic solutions and improvements. * Provide subject matter expertise regarding privacy and security provisions within commercial deals. * Grounding in global laws and government activity related to privacy. * Partner with government affairs on government policy/regulation affecting the company. Education and Awareness: * Create content and guide delivery of company-wide and roles-based education and awareness of privacy issues and their impact to our brand and business. * Train agencies, vendors and other contractors in privacy matters. External Liaison: * Liaise with privacy professionals at peer companies and industries. Monitoring: * Responsible for developing and augmenting internal efforts to create integrated privacy governance by monitoring the relevant legal, regulatory and policy developments, collaborating with external stakeholders.
