Designers are responsible for the visual tone, appearance, functionality, and overall aesthetic of a project. Designers are an integral part of the concept process and realize the team's ideas from inception to final layout through visually exciting executions.
This position sits on the DDB Worldwide Corporate team, reporting into the Global Chief Marketing & Communications Officer with frequent interaction with DDB's global leadership team and executive level partners throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
Design DDB branded assets for all global uses in collaboration with the Global Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and Global Marketing team inclusive of the following:
Owned social channels (including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, Threads)
Presentation materials including PowerPoint, Keynote
Internal communications including newsletters, invites, global town halls, etc.
Research documents, motion graphics, digital playbooks, branded merchandise, etc.
Bespoke reports in collaboration with MarComms team, global leadership team, and key partners
Updates to DDB.com
Serve as brand design evangelist, uphold and inspire DDB design standards
Lead the development of templates for wider global network usage
Ensures compatibility of design and functionality for optimum marketing and communication value
Contributes to overall office morale, spirit, character and work quality.
Qualifications
Must possess at least two years' experience as a graphic or deck designer for an ad agency, brand or marketing firm
Proven highly versatile design skills. Portfolio necessary
Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and other graphic production software. Ability to work in Dreamweaver (or other html editing software)

Annual salary range: $65,000-$78,000 commensurate with experience

Must be located in the tri-state area and committed to going into the NYC office in accordance with our hybrid office model, at least three days per week.
