Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and develop brochures, pitches, ads, invitations, posters, event materials, PowerPoint presentations, presentation graphics, signage, promotional giveaways, employee marketing communications, and special events.
Update and maintain regional presentations for the Research Triangle Park region.
Coordinate marketing initiatives, branding and advertising efforts, strengthen brand awareness.
Collect and track information for all regional marketing material updates (i.e. presentations, tear sheets, etc.).
Coordinate with brokers on property ads/marketing materials and ensure proper approvals.
Coordinate and maintain momentum on projects and events (i.e. rack progress on projects, schedule meetings/conference calls, maintain contacts with vendors, non-profits, collaborators, etc.).
Assist in writing, editing, and proofing of marketing materials.
Maintain and enforce branding guidelines.
Collaborate with creative resources on marketing projects.
Work with outside vendors to manage marketing projects.
Coordinate all marketing materials with our Corporate marketing team.
Maintain and update property images.
Prepare weekly project status reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred
Minimum of 3-4 years of proven, practical experience
Strong professional experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Keynote, Powerpoint, etc.
Understanding of design, layout and print production
Ability to efficiently and effectively change focus in a dynamic, flexible environment
Experience with Mac and PC platform
Strong writing and editorial skills
Ability to work independently with initiative and follow through is critical
Exceptional organizational skills (resources and prioritization)
Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work against and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively across the entire company
Ability to think strategically, be self-starter, and execute on projects
