Are you the Designer we're looking for?

Our Designers work on a variety of creative materials with direction from our internal team and external clients in our Creative Department to produce creative materials that suit each unique client audience and help tell the comprehensive brand story.

This position is responsible for:

  • Creating innovative brands and deliverables that encompass client vision and key design principles.

  • Working within Adobe Suite products and Google Slides to develop cohesive branding, websites, and associated collateral for a complete design package.

  • Ensuring timely, detail-oriented design on a variety of high-quality assets across all channels.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A strong understanding of design concepts including typography, layout, color theory, and design trends with the ability to implement from vision to final product.

  • A great work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a larger direction. They are disciplined to meet deadlines, stay organized, and achieve results.

  • A strong attention to detail and a commitment to the highest-quality design products.

  • A fast-paced, client-centric mindset and a positive approach to problem solving while balancing multiple projects.

  • The ability to be adaptive and flexible and to function effectively in a high-growth environment.

We'll train you on:

  • Implementing our client's vision through research, strategy, and the proper design process.

  • Conceptual storytelling and creating a brand that connects individuals.

  • Communicating design ideas and insight to our Account Managers and our clients.

Qualifications we're looking for:

  • A knockout design portfolio that demonstrates your unique skills and abilities in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

  • Experience working with Adobe After Effects, a plus.

  • A proven ability to incorporate strategy into design and to translate strategy into action.

  • A desire to receive constructive criticism to ultimately improve the end result and grow as a Designer.

Compensation: $19.23-$24.03/hour (Non Exempt, Bi-Weekly pay). Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $19.23-$24.03/hour plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan, student loan assistance, licensing and continuing education reimbursement, parental leave, and housing allowances or gifts.

Can you work along alongside a small team to solve complex problems? If you said 'yes', this may be the role for you!</p><p>As a Content Designer for KSP2 you will work on fully functional and authentic vehicle parts that allow players to build and command rovers, planes, race cars, and of course rockets. This role collaborates with lead and senior content designers to create, update, and verify that parts are fun to build, work as intended, and interact with all game systems as expected, so players can build the vehicles of their dreams.</p><p>What You'll Take On</p><ul><li><p>Design, develop, and deploy fully functional and authentic vehicle parts for KSP2.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with artists, producers, QA, and engineers to bring KSP2 to life.</p></li><li><p>Learn how to simulate authentic space flight and develop tools for a game where there are many solutions to any problem.</p></li><li><p>Advocate for design decisions across the team, with consideration for the overall game's needs.</p></li><li><p>Support the evolution of the design team by evaluating existing tools and processes for improvements.</p></li><li><p>Support interviewing candidates to help grow the team.</p></li></ul><p>What You Bring</p><ul><li><p>2+ years of professional game design experience.</p></li><li><p>Experience working on at least one shipped game.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with the Unity Game Engine.</p></li><li><p>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Clear and concise communication skills, with the desire and ability to work closely with a diverse team of peers.</p></li><li><p>Ability to solicit and apply constructive feedback.</p></li><li><p>Experience with, and a passion for, sandbox and physics games is great to have, but not required.</p></li><li><p>Experience with post-launch service is great to have, but not required.</p></li></ul><p>What We Offer You:</p><ul><li><p>Great Company Culture.
