Job Title: Drafter

Job Description

You will help empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient manufacturing projects, implement novel technologies to better our health and our environment, and create a better future for all.

Responsibilities

• Convert system design concepts into facility models in close partnership with senior team members and subject matter experts.
• Develop complex Process and Industrial system equipment layouts, piping floor plans, details, and 3D models.
• Contribute to innovative and unique process solutions in various industrial markets including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aerospace, food, petrochemical, and energy and utility.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit
• Proficiency with Revit and/or Plant3D or similar programs.
• Ability to interpret design criteria and convert it into specific layouts.
• Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in designing plumbing/piping systems preferred.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or process systems design/drafting.

Work Environment

You will report to the Madison, WI office. You will work on a variety of project types and industries, or can be niche-focused. The position allows for working from home up to 2 days a week depending on experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
