We are looking for candidates who are ready to collaborate and develop innovative Printed Circuit Board (PCB) solutions with our Electrical and Mechanical Engineers:

  • Layout of Printed Wiring Boards (PWB) with component placement, interconnect routing and drawing generation

  • Creating, documenting and generating the required drawings and electronic data file outputs for the fabrication and manufacturing of the PWB

  • Responsible to interface with Electrical and Mechanical engineers to work through mechanical fitment and electrical component placement and routing challenges for rigid, flex assemblies, and rigid-flex assemblies

  • Coordinates design criteria with engineering, manufacturing, tooling, material, and planning group such as ease of manufacture, availability of materials, and contractual specifications

  • Responsible for designs including System in Package (SiP), High Density Interconnect (HDI), high speed routing including DDR4, complex analog, RF and high speed SERDES

  • Understand technical theories of electrical and mechanical behavior of PCBs to influence layout decisions. i.e. Impedance matching, differential pairs, HDI technology challenges, strains and stresses, orientations of components, etc.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with co-workers and conduct reviews of PCB layout with a team of engineers

  • Interact with suppliers to enable the fabrication of the finished product

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 5 years of PWB layout experience OR 7 years of PWB layout experience

  • Experience using PCB design suites such as Cadence, Altium and Mentor Graphics VX

  • Strong organization, planning and time-management skills

  • Able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with focus on ECAD and Drafting

  • Extensive experience using Mentor Graphics Xpedition VX2.x, xDM and xDM library client.

  • Experience in complex designs including the utilization of HDI technology

  • Experience using Mentor Fablink or Blue Print for drawing creation

  • Working knowledge of military design standards and GD&T techniques

  • Current understanding of IPC industry standards

The RTE resolves and escalates impediments, manages risk, assures value delivery, and drives program level continuous improvement. They play a critical link between multiple scrum teams; facilitating communications, opening the flow of information, and sharing important progress updates to ensure all teams involved in the ART are focused on successful delivery. The Senior RTE Manager is accountable for the overall coordination, execution and delivery of value through the program while ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments and goals. Primary Responsibilities: * Directly manage a team of 5-7 RTEs * Create and implement standards and best practices for program and project management * Managing, tracking and reporting on the progress for Agile Release Trains * Executive communication for Release Train status * Facilitates the coordinated preparation of release planning for the release train * Manage change to the quarterly plan and the impacts of those changes * Coordinate major feature releases and ongoing delivery of value to customers where multiple teams, release trains, or solution groups are involved in development * Resolve/report issues and manage dependencies and risks across the ART and between ART's * Drive continuous improvement through the facilitation of retrospectives * Active participate in the RTE Community of Practice helping the organization to maintain alignment, learn new techniques, and improve technical and quality practices Required Qualifications: * Post-graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience * 9 years IT Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment * 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach * 2 years of experience working on mixed methodology program (Scrum interfacing with Waterfall from a dependency perspective) * 2 years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects * 2 years managing a team * Professional PM Methodology trained * Proficiency in computer software such as Project, Power Point, Excel and Mini Tab * Experience leading Agile/Scrum adoption at the team level Preferred Qualifications: * PMP certification * Agile/Scrum Industry Certification(s) * Lean Methodology Certification(s) * Experience with Rally * Healthcare experience * Participation in industry agile communities of practice * Ability to build and manage relationships across a large enterprise * Ability to influence decisions from top down and bottom up * Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills Technology Careers with Optum.
