Desired Skills and Experience

As the digital design intern you will

  • Assist in the design of a variety of projects including social graphics & banners, infographics and PowerPoints

  • Create work that demonstrates a strong sense of typography, layout and composition

  • Prepare files for print & web production

  • Transition between multiple projects while managing deadlines efficiently

  • Work independently as well as in a larger group

  • Think creatively and love to learn and share ideas

To qualify, you must. . .

  • Be detail-oriented and have a conscientious approach to your work

  • Have a developed eye for what's relevant

  • Know how to prioritize and be adaptive to change

  • Be a conceptual designer able to convey ideas and concepts through design

  • Have great fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Possess a familiarity with UX / UI


  • You must be a recent college graduate.

  • You must be available to work a full-time schedule, Monday

  • Friday, 8:30 a.m.

  • 5:30 p.m. NOTE: We're known for our group happy hours and after-hours gatherings. Participation in these is never required of our interns, but is highly encouraged and recommended.

Key Accountabilities Role Overview * Small Medium Enterprise Rep: The Small Medium Enterprise Representative is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients including actively renewing annual purchases, securing submission of company data to build Korn Ferry databases, and providing customer service or triaging inquiries to appropriate global or local colleagues. This role will qualify inbound and outbound marketing leads into sales opportunities and close on their own or triage them to field sales, solution design, or back to marketing as appropriate.
