Design Engineer

Job Description Job Description Salary: Storage Building Company, a rapidly growing company with exciting career opportunities, is looking for an EIT to join our structural (building) design department in our Bradenton, FL, office.

This role, under the guidance of the Senior Engineer, offers the potential for significant career growth. Skills and Requirements Independently performs engineering assignments with clear and specified objectives. Responsible for engineering design of various types of building structures.

Coordinate with other disciplines and outside consultants as required. Participate in the Construction Administration process by responding to RFI, reviewing Contractor Submittals, and attending meetings in the field. Works well in a team-oriented environment.

Self-starter. Desired Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 1-3 years experience preferred. Passed Fundamentals Exam (FE) . Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD and RAM, or willingness to learn.
