In this role, you will utilize your expertise in 3D modeling and CAD software to design, develop, and implement new products. You will be responsible for the entire product development process, from initial concept to final production.

Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of innovative products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Utilize 3D modeling and CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar, to create detailed design plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing, to ensure product feasibility and to streamline the production process. Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify potential issues and to ensure product reliability and quality.

Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to product development. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and team members. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar. Extensive experience in product development, from initial concept to final production. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills. A passion for design and innovation, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies.
