Responsibility within the Commercial Air Solutions Technology Team for supporting Nicotra Gebhardt ECM and fan system applications including: site commissioning and support, documentation of design application, and production/quality support. Specific responsibilities include: Ownership of Fan Filter Units (FFU) site commissioning and other Nicotra Gebhardt application support
Design, debug, and testing of FFU applications and installation.
Documentation of installation site setups and requirements using CAD software and other methods
Translation of customers requirements into actionable installations and FFU package sales.
Debugs and supports software and hardware development, testing, production and quality teams
Works with European teams to meet new customer/system requirements related to Nicotra Gebhardt advanced products.
Responsible to respond to technical inquiries from customers in North America.
Significant travel will be required.
Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years; Design for Lean Six Sigma or Black Belt
Technical Bachelor's degree (CE, CS, EE, SE, EET) or equivalent related experience
3 years relevant experience
Working knowledge of CAD Software, Computer setups using networks and custom software installation
Experience with CAD programs, Computer network addressing, Ethernet Switches
Some knowledge of RS485, addressing and connecting of RS485, Gateway Modules, Ethernet Switches
Some experience in providing customer support and dealing with challenging customer issues.
Some field experience with HVAC systems and or retrofits
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc)
Skilled in organizing, prioritizing and coordinating working relationships with all levels of personnel within and outside of the organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven history of technical installations/specifications
Proven history of customer care
Knowledge of CAD software, Computer network setup, HTML Language, MODBUS, how to setup server networks
Ability to adapt to dynamic requirements and priorities
Familiar with agency testing - UL, CSA, IEC, etc
Commercial motor application experience
Six Sigma Training/Certification (Green Belt / DFLSS)
