You will be facilitating collaborative efforts with both internal and external teams, evaluating current solutions while also understanding current trends impacting future customer requirements for maximum throughput and productivity. Use your broadly recognized subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions. This will require working closely with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Software, and Service teams to drive effectiveness through a total solution mindset and process orientated team. Be a "go-to" person that bridges product strategy and implementation to help Honeywell win customers by sharing your knowledge about products and solutions that compete on the market.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of material handling experience
  • 1+ years of Solutions Development & Consultative approach exp.


  • Ability to us CAD or similar software

  • External focus with customer-orientated mindset

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships

  • In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies

  • Operational experience in the industry and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse and distribution solutions & practices

  • Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

The SW Design Assurance Team supports Zebra's promise of quality to our customers and is responsible for ensuring end-to-end reliability and quality operation of the Solution SW Service. This position requires the skills associated with a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). The SRE will be expected to provide insight and guidance to solve Solution Software issues present in Solution SW Quality findings and gaps. As-an SRE specialized knowledge and a work history in several technical disciplines are critical to keeping distributed systems online with near perfect up time Responsibilities Working as part of a design team, provides all design assurance deliverables required in the development process at each phase, including: * <li>Health monitoring defining critical end-to-end telemetry that we currently require to assess the quality or risk of the Service as a Solution Includes the monitoring and alerting for symptoms of predictive outages. * Defining metrics that lead to determining the Service Level Indicators/Service Level Objectives (SLI/SLO) Conversion of SLIs to an SLO for Customer Svc dashboard. * Provide insight to aspects of the customer journey. Develop currently missing criteria for critical aspects of robust resilient technology such as authentication, licensing Define KPls around these customer journey elements. * Integrate Business Units under a consistent framework for the Development, Test and Reporting process, heavily focused on IT and business * Establish elements of a Solution SW or SW as a Service Release Process that focuses on Customer Quality * Establish a methodology for the automation of the above Solution SW Release Process included release gating criteria. * Use statistical methods to design reliability and verification of end-to-end SW services capability and robustness, as well as SLO specification * Participate in the analysis of end-to-end (cross Business Unit) testing and * Analyze Disaster Recovery plans to promote immediate or quick * Provide guidance in the selection and requirements of Chef, Terraform, Kubernetes, Dynatrace or equivalent * Identify/ Drive improvements in the Project infrastructure being deployed * Provide insight to best practices for Solution SW Customer Deployment Techniques * Communicates proactively and contributes to overall project leadership.
