Design Engineer

Description:

Actalent is in search of a Design Engineer to add to our growing team onsite in Pella, IA. Enjoy a small town environment, 45 minutes outside of the capital, Des Moines! Someone in this role will:

• Work with design engineers to develop and design new product developments for the heavy equipment industry

• Design in Solidworks and then work with drafters to model drawings that support structure analysis

• Collaborate with R&D on prototyping of equipment

• Perform FEA Analysis on prototypes

• Develop new products throughout and share ideas with team

• Continuous Improvement projects
