Partner with creative directors and designers to define and translate strategies into effective visual communication
Develop design systems and brand identities that challenge the status quo
Champion, define and implement unique design solutions across both print and digital media
Conceive of original ideas that bring simplicity and clarity to complex design challenges
Mentor other creatives around the craft of design
Advocate for excellent design quality in all that we create.
8 years of experience in a leading creative role in a design or advertising agency
BFA/BS/BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
Expert-level knowledge in branding, editorial, print and digital design
Experience in packaging, environmental and motion design
Excellent understanding of typography and overall visual composition
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
Solid verbal and written presentation skills
Strong creative problem-solving skills
Ability to successfully manage time, process and workflow
Passion, curiosity, and understanding for all things design
