Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Oversee procurement of materials and resources.

Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments. Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in commercial design/build projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
