General Statement of Job:

The Design Assistant holds primary responsibility for the management of all film asset libraries, and for the related documentation of such. Additionally, the Design Assistant will be applying aesthetic standards to a variety of deliverables including Powerpoint presentations, Word documents, and more. The Design Assistant is a key member of the Design film crew and will appear on camera as a narrator/host or assistant as a crew member. The Design Assistant will report to the Senior Manager of Design & Branding.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Applying standardized templates to Powerpoint presentations, copy editing, replacing all graphics to ensure copyright laws and company standards are applied

  • Photo retouching for all SIS event photos gathered

  • On camera performances and film crew member for film shoots

  • Keeping asset databases up to date, making company stock material (such as photographs) available for other teams, and maintain legal documentation.

  • Take creative direction, work collaboratively and integrate feedback into design pieces.

  • Perform other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications and

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of general office experience, clerical work, or related experience

  • Highly proficient in both iOS hardware and software including Microsoft Office and Google Drive (or other cloud-based data management platforms such as SharePoint); Adobe CC (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) preferred

  • Experience as a public speaker, actor, trainer, social media personality, or other type of on-camera talent; film production experience preferred

  • Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service

  • Fluency in current trends (design, social media, technology, and entertainment)
