ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Deputy Service Strategy Lead to join our team at Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. The Deputy Service Strategy Lead will support the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) Program. It is a high-profile, high-visibility, cybersecurity modernization and risk management program where you can contribute innovative solutions and consult with many different federal agencies to enhance their Information Assurance (IA) programs and continuous monitoring capabilities.
The qualified applicant will support organizational development, strategic planning, service delivery, and portfolio and resource management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the key value drivers and industry dynamics of the cyber and government service sectors. She or he will support Service Strategy's core purpose to achieve profitable growth through the development and execution of business strategies and defining the plans and processes to deliver services to support program execution and meet the requirements of the contract.
Assist the Service Strategy Lead in developing and defining the broader program service delivery strategy
Assist the Service Strategy leadership team by working on a range of critical projects and issues
Support the planning and monitoring of day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth progress and efficiencies
Evaluate the current project management office and service delivery processes and procedures and provide recommendations for improvement
Evaluate current infrastructure tools and systems used in support of the Program and provide recommendations for improvement to maximize program efficiencies
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Effectively implement approved recommendations to enhance service delivery, portfolio and resource management, risk management, governance, quality assurance, etc.
Support ongoing recruiting, resource, and functional management needs to ensure high employee satisfaction levels and enable the program to effectively execute in support of the client's mission and contract requirements
Bachelor's Degree in technical or business discipline and 10 or more years of combined experience with government services
Experience performing strategic planning
Ability to effectively interface at executive levels (with clients and corporate leadership)
Strong background in consulting and client services
Self-starter with a bias for action
Able to execute effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Extensive experience developing executive briefings and presenting to executive leadership teams
