We are actively seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to collaborate with the Program Manager, and technical experts to support execution goals and objectives for a CPFF/CPAF contract in support of a Mission customer. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to the production of valuable intelligence to facilitate positive mission outcomes.
The DPM provides support to the PM can interface with the Sponsor Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) for contract, cost and schedule performance in the PM's absence.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Support the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the contract
Manage the staffing of the contract by working closely with SAIC recruiting and staffing to identify, interview, and select well-qualified candidates for the program
Review all staffing submissions for best athlete determination
Aid in the supervision of program staff by providing direction, input and feedback
Liaise with employees to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery
Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Write reports on the program for management
Develop, write, and submit Task Order responses/proposals
Qualifications
Required:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community in a technical capacity
Minimum of 10 years of technical leadership or prior DPM support as well as staffing/resource leadership experience
Demonstrated strong oral communication skills and strong writing skills
Advanced knowledge and experience utilizing
