Louis Berger, a WSP Company, is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for our Baltimore office.
Lead team and coordinate with client to optimize operation (i.e. pump stations, industrial wastewater sampling/reporting) and maintenance (i.e. pipe, manhole and force main cleaning/inspection) of sewer and storm drain collection systems. Identify work flow process deficiencies and, in coordination with senior client staff, develop/review processes.
Lead development of internal project controls best management practices (BMPs) and assist with implementing BMP programs.
Review project schedules and coordinate with client, as needed.
Lead database specialist and technical team to identify and analyze trends and develop data-based recommendations.
Lead development of on-line Project Delivery Portal and coordinate with offsite database specialists.
Coordinate with client to develop key performance indicators for operation and maintenance activities related to the sewer and storm drain collection systems.
Assist with developing annual maintenance budgets.
Coordinate schedule updates with project managers and Louis Berger project controls group.
Assist with preparing regulatory correspondence.
Assist the developing technical specifications, reviewing design/construction documents and developing, implementing and analyzing pilot projects.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Environmental engineering or Program Management.
7-10 years' experience program management experience.
Minimum of 3-5 year experience working in sewer and/or stormwater collection system industry:
Familiarity with pipe cleaning and inspection technologies.
Understanding of pipe trenchless repair technologies.
Working knowledge of asset management practices and principals.
Strong oral and written skills.
Strong understanding of computerized maintenance management systems and other data/database functionality.
