The DCM will assist the City Manager with overseeing daily administrative operations and key departments directly. In this role, the DCM will provide leadership, direction, and guidance to a team of professionals, technicians, and support staff engaged in the management and administration of these critical areas. Additionally, the DCM will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within the organization, promoting continuous improvement and enhancing the quality of life for residents.
