Overview:
Student workers in the Department of Business provide administrative support to faculty members in the department. Student workers will also provide support to the Dean of the Division of Professional Studies and Social Sciences and to the Senior Director of Planning and Strategy.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet Department guests, answer questions and direct to the proper individual(s).
Make copies.
Run errands on campus.
Assist faculty in preparing or administering class projects or materials.
Assist faculty with research.
Manage and update alumni database.
Assist faculty in preparation of PowerPoint presentations and documents.
Plan and manage Department events such as the graduate reception and Advisory Board meetings.
Assist with developing and maintaining online presence and stakeholder outreach.
Other duties as assigned.
