Discover Impactful Work:
As a DRT II, you're a key member of a dedicated and encouraging Depot Repair Team, providing outstanding levels of service to delight our customers. Responsibilities will be to quickly and effectively fulfill repairs of outstanding workmanship that satisfy the highest quality and business standards.
A day in the Life:
Clean, inspect, and detail pre-repair condition of all repairs.
Perform system and component failure analysis using validated diagnostic troubleshooting techniques.
Replace all non-conforming and preventive maintenance parts as needed.
Fully test and calibrate completed repairs, and provide comprehensive test data, documentation, and service reporting.
Handle most record keeping functions for Return Authorizations, Service Quotes, and Service Orders.
Drive lean practices and continuous improvement events central to our service business.
Keys to Success:
Education
2 year Technical College / Vocational Program Degree or meaningful service work experience.
Experience
2+ years of experience in a fast paced multi-tasking service and/or customer support environment.
Customer Service Abilities
Ability to use tools and multi-meters.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Basic knowledge of analytical instrumentation, environmental chemistry, pneumatics, and mechanics.
Ability to follow work instructions, test procedures, wiring diagrams, schematics, and repairs through to completion is required.
Some experience with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and database applications (CRM and ERP tools).
