This position will be responsible for providing JSF depot maintenance planning and development for the JSF Depot Activation Planning & Execution Value Stream Team (VST). The individual in this position will be responsible for acting as airframe/hydro-mechanical subsystems interface between the Depot Activation Planning & Execution VST, F-35 Global Sustainment VSTs, F-35 Air Vehicle VSTs, corporate partners, program management, suppliers and customer. This individual will assist in the maturation and execution of the JSF Depot Implementation Plan by managing and providing oversight into supplier depot repair capability development and infrastructure standup of assigned airframe, hydro-mechanical, and/or armament systems/subsystems.
Repair capability development and infrastructure oversight includes, but is not limited to: repair versus discard determination, commercial repair procedure documentation development, resource and infrastructure requirements identification, and replicating repair capability in US government (USG) and international repair facilities. Additional tasks for this position include requirements definition, performing depot site surveys and gap analysis, developing and executing Depot Maintenance Activation Plans, reviewing/participating in formal studies, supporting USG depot source of repair and partnering processes, and hosting of frequent subsystem reviews to resolve both technical and non-technical issues associated with areas of responsibilities. This position will require extensive travel.

This position requires an experienced professional with technical expertise in maintenance planning (10 integrated logistics support elements). The individual occupying this position must be capable of simultaneously managing multiple complex tasks and situations with little or no direction. This individual must have intermediate and/or depot level experience with air vehicle hydro-mechanical and electrical systems (e.g.
Power Thermal Management, Gun System, Crash Survivable Memory Unit and/or Hydraulic Systems) repair processes, equipment, facility requirements and business procedures. He or she must also have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to address diverse audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Project) is essential.
