The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.

Wells Fargo's PVSI Portfolio Delivery (GDP) team is hiring two Program Managers to support Deposit Credit Bureau Management. The GDP group is focused on managing and delivering solutions that keep our online banking and mobile channel consumer and small business customers informed and in control of their finances. As a Deposit Credit Bureau Management Program Manager responsible for providing Program leadership and project oversight of 5-10 compliance and regulatory initiatives. Responsible for structuring, executing, and successful implementation of the program. Projects will be complex and high risk initiatives required to address mandatory corrective actions and remediation activities. This will required a strong understanding of business process mapping to establish new controls. In addition, will provide updates to executive leadership and stake holders.

Locations: Phoenix, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; West Des Moines, IA. May also consider telecommuting within the designated areas.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation
  • 3+ years program management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives enterprise-wide

  • Experience translating business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations

  • Ability to manage process discovery, process modeling, and process improvement activities

  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas

  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

  • 3+ years of risk and regulatory compliance experience

  • 5+ years of Agile experience

  • Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with deposit and credit bureau furnishing

  • Experience managing programs or initiatives on an enterprise scale across multiple channels and functions

  • Ability to interact with outside assessors not limited to: regulators, auditors, and other external vendors

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies not limited to: Six Sigma, BPM or Lean

  • Experience in the development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of programs from concept to execution

  • Experience analyzing data and performing deep dive analysis of business processes and identifying opportunities and solutions.

  • Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

It all begins with you. Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. The Credit Portfolio Consultant 5 will report directly to the Head of Collections and Default Servicing within Consumer Credit Strategy and Evaluation (CCSE). This individual will be responsible for supporting Wells Fargo's Risk Framework providing oversight and direction for collections and default servicing activities for specific portfolios within the consumer lending businesses. This will require strong collaboration working with peers within Credit Risk as well as with stakeholders within the line of business. Responsibilities will primarily include: * Partnering with the Consumer Credit Senior Credit Officer and their teams to ensure we are pro-actively managing all aspects of consumer collections and default servicing credit risk.. * Work with key stakeholders within credit risk and the business to implement and communicate procedural and strategic changes. * Partner closely with business credit risk management teams and business leaders to ensure heightened responsiveness and consistent adherence to Company Credit Policy. * Represent CCSE and provide subject matter expertise on enterprise wide initiatives impacting collections and loss mitigation. * Lead and support key collections and loss mitigation credit risk strategies and initiatives * Provide leadership and guidance in identifying collections and loss mitigation risk issues and opportunities. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with consumer collections business leaders and other key stakeholders. May be open to other locations for the right candidate.
