In this role, you will conduct data research and analyses, which will directly influence build and change decisions across the product spectrum. You will mine data to find insights about how products are performing and develop hypotheses for change. You will get the opportunity to present your findings and assist in developing product change ideas, working as part of a larger multi-functional team. In addition, you will monitor product launches and collect qualitative data from across the organization to determine how products are supporting our goals to grow the bank. Finally, you will interact with potential partners and evaluate partnerships that support achievement of revenue and profit objectives as well as contribute to the bank's growth strategy.
Build familiarity with the bank's data sources and demonstrate competency in data collection, analysis and interpretation. Form solid conclusions supported by data and create and deliver presentations to communicate key findings to senior management.
Build financial profitability models to regularly evaluate product performance as well as partnership opportunities as they arise.
Conduct competitive analyses to determine opportunities to improve our product lineup.
Use data to identify patterns and trends in product usage. Interview sales staff to understand how products are sold and collect qualitative data from customers about our products.
Assist in audit and compliance exams by being an expert in how our deposit products work as well as being the go-to person for information about our products.
Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations that apply to your position.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Science or Engineering is required.
Ability to conduct business/product analysis using multiple data sources required.
Working knowledge of bank products and services.
Solid written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and project management skills. Ability to present to small and large audiences. Ability to present findings and recommendations to the most senior levels of the organization.
Solid ability to work effectively with customers, individuals and groups across the company and with vendor partners to achieve positive customer experience.
Experience working in an Agile environment also beneficial.
