Deployment Analyst

As a Duetto Deployment Analyst based out of the Las Vegas office you will be supporting the Deployment and Data Quality teams to bring new customers up and running onto Duetto's platform of applications as quickly as possible. As an analyst you will help to onboard new customers on to our application, process customer requests for changes, help maintain our growing base of customers, and serve as the first line of troubleshooting for our Customer Success team.

  • 2+ Years hospitality technology experience a minimum, with a revenue management or hotel pricing knowledge a bonus

  • Technical understanding and hands-on experience working with XML transactions

  • Advanced Excel knowledge and basic coding knowledge preferred

  • Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills required

  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion

  • Proven ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and time frames

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with the business development team, development team, integration team, management team, customer success team, and clients

  • Self motivated; works well independently with limited supervision

  • Ability to autonomously work in high-pressure situations

  • The ability to thrive in an environment that values results

  • Experience successfully working unsupervised and remotely with minimal supervision

  • Excited that the position is based out of Las Vegas, NV

VIEW JOBS 10/9/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-07T00:00 More Information about this Job Title: Deployment Analyst Reports To: Operations Manager Department: Operations Location: Las Vegas, NV FLSA Status: Non Exempt, Part time Position Summary: This position is responsible for all phases of operational performance analysis, including but not limited to the creation of business rules, measure development, data collection, analysis, report design, summarization and validation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Construct business rules for programs and processes from contractual language and interactions with local operational and communications personnel. * Develop analytical tools to evaluate business unit performance. * Perform complex, multilayered analysis of operational performance utilizing data from multiple sources. * Assist leaders by assembling data to support internal performance presentations. * Assist leadership in the development and evaluation of key metrics and benchmarks. * Create operational performance reports and test for accuracy on a regular basis. * Seek new and innovative ways for AMR to provide great service at a higher level of efficiency to its patients and customers. * Document and share leading practices in deployment planning and educate operations management by disseminating knowledge of planning tools and processes. * Work as a team with other personnel to ensure consistent, quality service across all operations. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. * Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone's responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems. * Ability to use / operate standard office equipment and tools. Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business; mathematics, statistics, operations research, engineering, or computer science is preferred or equivalent experience. Experience: * 3 or more years of relevant experience in a role that requires independent analysis of performance metrics. * At least 1 year working with statistical analysis and graphical data display. * Two years as a field EMT, AEMT, Paramedic or RN is preferred. Knowledge and Skills: * Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Proficient in spreadsheet, reporting and database tools (e.g., Excel, Access, other Microsoft Office applications). * Proficient understanding of data base structures, relational databases and concepts. * Basic understanding of query languages. * Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with various levels within the organization. * Must be a self-starter and have the ability to develop analysis of clinical performance data with limited supervision. * Meet urgent schedules and deadlines. * Ability to work with others in a high volume fast paced environment as well as ability to work in remote location with little direct interaction with other employees.
