Exiger's Government Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to join our Product Intelligence Team, your role revolves around ensuring a seamless customer experience, from initial implementation to the renewal of our SaaS platform and services. Central to your responsibilities is the establishment of strong client relationships, successful program setup, client satisfaction, ROI from sourcing initiatives, and contract renewals.

What You'll Do

As a Deployment & Accounts Manager (SDX) on the Product Intelligence Team at Exiger, you will be responsible for the customer experience from implementation through renewal of our SaaS platform and services. You play an integral role in our business, building strong working relationships with every new client. Key indicators of success in this role are successful program set-up, client satisfaction, client ROI from sourcing initiatives, and contract renewals.

To be effective in this role, you will need to be able to write in a clear and succinct manner, be highly organized, and maintain detailed and accurate records. This is a client-facing, supply chain advisement role so you must be comfortable developing presentation materials, doing on-line and in-person meetings and demonstrations, and be able to identify and satisfy client needs. You'll be viewed by your clients as a Subject Matter Expert in using SDX for strategic sourcing and supply chain risk management initiative. Your industry expertise and the war stories you have from your last supplier negotiation will help you earn credibility with your clients in this role.

  • Relationship management of assigned customer accounts, develop widespread organization adoption, and cultivate trust with key stakeholders

  • Provide training and on-boarding support for SDX platform users

  • Work with Data Managers of SDX to make informed recommendations to each customer based on their value drivers

  • Provide client support part/materials and procurement advice for RFQ preparation and evaluation

  • Provide client support for contracts and negotiations on parts and materials

  • Obtain license renewals from clients in a timely manner

  • Upsell clients on expanded use of SDX

  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, keeping a keen eye on project timelines, deliverables, and budget to keep us on track.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain parts or materials procurement in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills- particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Persuasive and concise oral and written communication

  • Ability to give confident and informative presentations in person and/or remotely

  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources, and tasks

  • Analytical mindset and strong acuity for data insights

  • Meticulously organized and detail oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Healthcare, or Defense is a big plus!

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
