The Information Technology (IT) Training Specialist position plays a vital role in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of LEO-Employment & Training (E&T) employees and IT system users. The IT Training Specialist works closely with various departments and stakeholders to assess training needs, design effective training strategies, and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.

The primary goal of this position is to ensure that E&T staff and IT system users remain proficient in the latest IT technologies and practices. The IT Training Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing an annual IT Training plan for the agency.

Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.

Experience

Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level. Prefer experience in designing and delivery of training programs as well as project management experience.
