Department Systems Analyst

Job Summary

The individual must handle the daily management of the NIMRS System. Works closely with individual departments (OPBH, Outpatient Addictions and IMHU) to help analyze data.

Ensures state mandated reports and measures are complete in all departments. This individual must transform the data into usable information. Provides leadership, help define strategic direction, and coordinate inter-departmental activities with other directors and managers .This individual must run all QA and UR within all departments.

Ensure the investigations regarding Justice Center reports are all done so within the reportable time period, done so with integrity, in a non-bias way. The individual must understand the role of the department with respect to the overall operations of the organization.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement :

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field or a commensurate level of education and work experience.

Minimum Experience Requirement :

Strong computer skills required. Individual must demonstrate excellent logical reasoning, problem solving, communication, interpersonal, and computational abilities.
