Title: Department Support Technology and Inventory
Reports to: Director of Technology and Information Services
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
High School diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
Possession of or ability to obtain forklift license.
Proficiency in database management.
Ability to work on Windows or Mac devices.
Assists with office communications (e.g., prepares and distributes memo, letters, notices, forms, directories, facts reports, etc.).
Types, files, retrieves records and documents (e.g., records requests, student folders, digital archiving, etc.) some of which may be complex and involve confidential information.
Assists with preparation, recording and filing of district records and documentation
Provide inventory support for the cage and district.
Maintains office equipment and assists staff members with operation of same, calls service representatives when necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Lift up to 50 pounds using a 1 person lift. Lifts are normally conducted up to five (5) times per day but can range as high as fifty (50) times per day.
Bend at hips on a frequent basis over an eight hour period.
Stand and walk on a frequent basis over an eight hour period.
Ability to operate forklift, both riding and walking, for up to eight hours per day.
Crouch and crawl on an infrequent basis.
Fine motor skills required to use pincher grasp and type.
