Sales associates in your area will look to you for leadership, direction, training, and support. You are accountable for merchandise availability, department standards, and financial performance of your area.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and answering their questions

  • Tour your department to ensure it meets our customers' expectations

  • Work hand-in-hand with sales associates to get the job done

  • Prepare and plan for upcoming events that will impact your department

  • Ability to communicate, take direction at all levels, and turn it into action

  • Use basic math skills to maintain accurate inventory levels


Preferred Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience or experience in a retail environment preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage staff of Contract Coordinators and Contract Pricing Analysts whose focus is to maintain pricing deviations, agreed upon account markups, cost, cycles, and files for accuracy and compliance • Communicate and manage procedures related to the input of pricing on specified products for Local, Regional, National, and School Bid account customers • Resolves escalated cost issues and responds to division, and internal staff regarding resolution of issues. Inquiries. • Provide communication and training to department employees to assure understanding of contract elements and business objectives • Conduct monthly performance reviews with each individual Coordinator and Analyst examining job performance and reviewing metric results or issues to identify weakness and determine additional training requirements Education/Training: · High School Diploma or GED required. College degree with emphasis in business related field preferred.
