The Operations Analyst will be a member of a fast-moving business analytics support team - responsible for driving reporting and data analysis. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver key, data-driven insights to business leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will be strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented. He/she should have experience working across multiple data platforms to extract, analyze, and present data which will be used to impact business goals.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide standardized performance reporting for several departments across organization

  • Leverage visualizations to demonstrate trends/insights within data

  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with business owners to discuss reporting and share progress towards shared goals

  • Create, QA and manage all deliverables provided to business leaders

  • Identify areas of opportunity for improved compliance and process enhancements

  • Partnering with other analysts to develop solutions to business problems

  • Plan and manage data projects through to completion

  • Other ad-hoc strategic analyses, business projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Competencies

  • Hands on experience working with data visualization software, primarily Tableau

  • Proficient in Microsoft T-SQL, specifically writing queries to access data within enterprise data warehouse

  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel for reporting and dashboards

  • Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications a plus

  • Solid analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills with the ability to derive and communicate key insights from data

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment while keeping projects on schedule

  • Possesses strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency

  • Displays demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities

  • Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience: Minimum

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)

  • 1-2 Years of Data Analytics experience

VIEW JOBS 4/21/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-07-20T00:00 As a member of the Perdoceo Demand Generation affiliate team, this Director level role will serve as a key leader and decision maker responsible for delivering to monthly and annual KPI's. This strategic thinker and problem solver will also continually advocate to evolve and improve all facets of the lead generation digital marketing channel at Perdoceo, which includes performance of the channel as well as how the channel is managed. Though critical for this individual to deliver in a strategic capacity this role will also require you to roll up your sleeves and execute at the day to day level. Our affiliate lead generation network primarily operates in a cost per lead capacity where prospective students are matched to Perdoceo school brands or other competitor schools based on a number of factors. This person will work directly with our affiliate partners so therefore must be able to build strong relationships while also holding them accountable. Given the nature of this role the ideal candidate should be very comfortable working with data and extracting insights, optimizing, forecasting, etc. Required Skills: * Serve as primary contact and strategic visionary for online lead generation affiliate partners. Oversee all aspects of the affiliate channel including forecasting, inquiry pacing, performance, conversion optimization, invoicing and budgeting. * Ability to develop strong, strategic relationships while also holding affiliates accountable to critical KPI's * Work effectively with internal cross functional teams to develop new reporting capabilities that can be leveraged to improve processes, simplify and streamline affiliate management, identify areas of opportunity for channel improvement * Extract and analyze data regularly to report on recent and projected performance trends * Accurately forecast monthly and annual spend, inquiry, and application volume and manage the flow of inquiries accordingly * Develop reasonable, logical hypotheses based on data and be able to come up with effective recommendations as a result Required Experience: * Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) * Minimum 2-4 years in direct response and/or analytical role * Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
