Responsible for assesing,selling, andperforming quality tunes and repairs to customers equipment.Assist with store operations such as but not limited to:generating sales,supervisingand directing the technician staff, assistservice Manger with warranty submission/completion, supply orders, and shop work management . Youwill need to learn or know basic bike repair for service writing capabilities in the snow off-season.


  • Service and repair customer merchandise according to established guidelines

  • Complete accurate work orders and prioritize work in an expedient manner

  • Determine customer equipment needs, assist in generating sales er

  • Provide customers with highest level of service by serving as a knowledgable resource to customers and co-workers

  • Adhere to a all company policies and guidelines

  • Remain current on industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products

  • Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques

  • Maintain all company paperwork according to policy Communicate with store management to achieve a seamless customer experience and maximize profitability

  • Train, lead and manage associate technicians

  • dentify shop supply needs

  • Manage work order flow to completion

  • Maintain equipment and identify equipment proactive servicing needs

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhere to all safety procedures

  • Ensure all proper housekeeping methods and overall cleanliness of the shop is adhered to

This position will be in Littleton, CO service facility. The Master Field Service Technician will provide field service engineering and technical assistance to customers in areas of installation, testing, startup, maintenance, repair, training and modification of electrical power distribution equipment; self-manage assigned projects for electrical equipment; knowledge of electrical test and diagnostic equipment; deliver technical solutions to customers; performs less conventional complex engineering assignments that may involve equipment or product design, testing of materials, process studies, or research investigations; mentor less experienced technicians and provide technical training. We assist customers at every stage of the power system: offering start-up and commissioning of equipment, performing planned maintenance, monitoring performance, diagnosing system problems remotely, as well as responding to emergencies on a 24/7 basis, 365 days a year. Required (Basic) Qualifications: * Associates degree from an accredited institution and/or military experience required. * Minimum of 5 years of experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems. * Candidate must be authorized to work in US without any company sponsorship now or in the future. * No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Littleton, CO will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems is highly desirable. * Experience performing power quality measurements, troubleshooting, and analysis is highly desirable. * Experience with protective relays is highly desirable. Position Criteria: * Understanding of the company's and competitor's electrical, electronic and mechanical products and services. * Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with electrical and electronic equipment. * Demonstrated ability to provide service and represent company interests in developing customer relationships to assure long-term customer satisfaction. * Submit to periodic customer required background and drug screenings.
