An opening exists for department clerk II within Blair County Domestic Relations. Essential duties for both openings include assisting clients with hard-copy or online completion of intake process; answering telephone; greeting and screening customers at office front window; researching information to assist client in his/her choice of action; documenting case information; and serving as back-up to genetic testing duties and other clerks.
Qualified applicants will hold a high school diploma or GED; strong customer service skills; communications skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; a courteous, patient, and professional demeanor; and computer literacy.
