National Bank of Arizona is looking for a Department Administrator to join Arizona's #1 Community Bank. This position will support the Retail Banking department.

Top candidates must be able to multitask, prioritize, organize and be data-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Provide a variety of staff support services to an organizational unit/department.

  • Administer various programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.

  • Interpret data, analyze results for various programs including staffing model, campaigns and incentive programs.

  • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings from data analysis.

  • Provide customer service by answering customer questions and inquiries.

  • Assist others within and outside the company regarding issues related to the department.

  • Perform a variety of clerical duties, which may include, but not limited to, electronic safe keeping of records, answering phone, maintaining reports and other pertinent data.

  • Assist in preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some office, administrative, clerical or other directly related experience.

  • Basic knowledge of departmental functions, office/administrative functions, banking and/or departmental processes and procedures.

  • Data Analysis and reporting experience.

  • Must have good customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
