Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality dental care while building strong patient relationships. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.

• Diagnose and treat dental issues using advanced dental techniques and technologies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care measures.

• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

The partners' ownership carries through all practices, including the specialty centers, so that teamwork is fostered among doctors. After 1-3 years of associateship a letter of intent for a buy in can be offered, setting the stage for a one year partnership transition. Of the last 14 full time associates, 9 have become partners and 3 are now letter of intent holders. We proudly have achieved an 86% associate to partner conversion rate.

Partners in the dental group also have the opportunity to build wealth as qualified investors in ancillary business entities, including real estate.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

• Valid state dental license and current DEA registration.

• Proven experience in performing a wide range of dental procedures with proficiency and precision.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
