Dentist Opportunity in Ormond Beach, FL

This position presents an opportunity to join a progressive, well-run, and financially stable dental organization committed to delivering exceptional dental care.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive pay range of 28% to 30%+ of productions, based on experience
• Lab Fees Are Covered By Employer
• Expected annual income of $250,000 to $275,000+
• Employer contributes more than 50% towards health insurance
• Free dental care for employees
• Retirement package with IRA
• 2 weeks of paid time off in the first year (This is not paid)
• 8 holidays off

Responsibilities:

• Part-Time Opening (2 Days a Week, Monday through Thursday)
• Busy state-of-the-art office with 50 new patients monthly (3 Dentists and 3 Hygienists)
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
• Conduct meetings with patients to discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings, and establish treatment plans for better dental hygiene
• Perform various dental procedures including extractions, root canals, implants, endodontics, and filling cavities

Requirements:

• Clear and active Dentist license in the State of Florida
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
