Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a busy, modern dental practice with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital and 3D scanning technology. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on clinical excellence.

• Educate patients about oral health and preventative care.

• Utilize modern dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care.

• Maintain 100% clinical autonomy in treatment decisions.

• Manage and delegate tasks effectively to support staff.

• Proactively manage and meet performance expectations. Compensation:

• A minimum of 7 years of clinical dental experience.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

• Current Arizona state dental license and malpractice insurance.

• Proficiency in Invisalign, endodontics, and implant restorations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.

• Commitment to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to dental practice. Schedule:

• Part-time position with work hours on Monday and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
