The practice recently moved into a new, state-of-the-art stand-alone building with construction completed hiring doctor has opened a new office with construction completed back in April of 2020. Currently six (6) operatories, including 2 surgical suites, are plumbed and four (4) more operatories are available for future growth. The hired associate would have an opportunity to work up to four (4) days per week. The office is entirely digital, and all equipment is new with the latest in technology, including CEREC. The owner plans to add CBCT in the near future. The area is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation and the practice is seeing an average of thirty (30) new patients per month.

The office focuses on high quality personalized care for each patient. Team members spend time getting to know each patient and creating treatment options that best suit each patient's individual needs. The candidate will be expected to to commit to these same standards. The practice offers a broad range of procedures that include basic restorative dentistry, fixed and removable prosthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics and invisalign. The ideal candidate would be right-handed (left-handed is possible) with 1-5 years of experience and able to generate $2,500 in daily production. Some procedures (3rd molar extractions and implants) are being referred out. Hiring Dr is open to the associate performing whatever procedures they enjoy and feel comfortable with, but would give all Pedo to the associate if that is an area of interest.

• TN license
