Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
- Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in practice sales and real estate.
- Deal Management: Manage the full lifecycle of practice sales and real estate transactions, including sourcing, pitching, evaluating, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including potential buyers, sellers, and referral sources.
Weekly Tasks:
- Pipeline Management: Monitor and update the pipeline of current deals, providing regular status reports to the Vice Presidents of Practice Sales and Real Estate.
- Client Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients and leads to maintain engagement and move deals forward.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including advisors and operational staff, to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Meetings: Attend weekly deal pipeline meetings, operations meetings, and training sessions as required.
- Prospecting: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
Monthly Tasks:
- Performance Review: Participate in monthly performance reviews with the Vice Presidents to assess progress and set goals.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Training: Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and industry workshops.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, market conditions, and client feedback to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Preferred of 3-5 years of experience in practice sales and/or real estate brokerage, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., real estate license) are highly desirable.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Pay Range: $70K - 150K/YR
- Base Salary:$70,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
- Commission: Competitive commission structure on closed deals.
