Key Responsibilities: Practice Growth & Financial Performance: Develop and implement strategic plans to increase patient volume within the Midtown Atlanta market, optimize revenue cycle management, and exceed financial targets.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including production, collections, and overhead, to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Manage budgets, control expenses, and negotiate favorable terms with vendors and suppliers, always maintaining our commitment to high-quality products and services. Team Leadership & Development:

Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing team of dental professionals who share our passion for personalized care.
